Q: Can you accept OEM?

A: Yes, we can. We accept OEM and ODM services. We have 12years of experience in OEM processing, ensuring strict quality control over watch.

Q: Can I mix different colors?

A: Yes, you can. Mixed orders are acceptable. Products undergo color spraying at our factory, equipped with two sets of spraying production lines to ensure color diversity.

Q: What is your minimum order quantity?

A: Our minimum order quantity is 1 unit. We are happy to provide samples. Additionally, we can ship from our warehouses in HONGKONG within 2 working days.  facilitating the timely provision of small batch goods.

Q: What about delivery time?

A: For stock products, we can ship from our warehouses within 2 working days. For large orders, we will confirm samples with you within 10 days and deliver within 10 days. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Q: Do you have design patents?

A: Yes, we do. Most of our products undergo private mold design by our R&D team. We can control production 100%, ensuring better and more stable quality.

Q: What are the payment terms?

A: We accept 100% T/T payment in advance. b) For orders exceeding 100 units, we accept a 30% deposit and 70% balance payment. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Q: What about your R&D capability and factory scale?

A: We have a strong R&D team of 30 engineers, providing quality assurance in both Movement and casing.

 In fact, our product failure rate is very low, thanks to the efforts of our R&D and quality control teams. Our production workshop covers an area of 8,000 square meters with a daily capacity of up to 500 units.
